The Best New Beauty Products of 2023

Though it has just begun, 2023 has already made its mark as a major year for new beauty products. Many brands are expanding their avenues and releasing products that are innovative, original, and out of their comfort zones. Finding new products on the market and deciding which ones to try can be difficult and even overwhelming, so to make it easier, here is my list of beauty products from 2023 that I think are worth the hype.

Color Fuse Blush by Haus Labs

Lady Gaga’s Haus Labs always offers amazing products with shade ranges that are inclusive for all, and the new Color Fuse Blushes are no different. Released in February, the blushes are offered in 5 different shades (Hibiscus Haze, Dragon Fruit Daze, Pomelo Peach, Watermelon Bliss, and Acai Sky) and are talc-free as well as vegan and cruelty-free. The range includes colors that pop on both light and dark skin tones. Although the blushes look natural, they are still vibrant and pigmented. They are also extremely buildable and easy to blend. The blushes are $38 each and are available online and at select Sephora locations.

Deodorant by Glossier

The makeup and skincare brand Glossier has already made waves with its new product releases this year, including their new deodorants. The brand introduced the product in January, featuring the scents Sandstone, Orange Blossom Neroli, and their signature Glossier You scent, as well as an unscented version. The deodorants come in refillable, recyclable packaging and are vegan, cruelty-free, and made without aluminum, baking soda, exfoliating acids or water. The formula is incredibly conditioning and non-irritating while also keeping odor at bay. The deodorants are $22 each (refills are $18 each) and are available online and in both Glossier and Sephora stores.

Sculpt Tape Contour by Tarte

Tarte won with their release of the Sculpt Tape Contour wand, which comes in 5 different shades that will work for every skin tone. The wands are both vegan and cruelty-free as well as formulated without parabens, mineral oil, phthalates, triclosan, sodium lauryl sulfate, and gluten. They are super easy to use, providing a no-mess, precision application, and are great for people with sensitive skin. Each wand is $35 and is available online and in stores such as Sephora and Ulta.

2023 has just begun, yet the future of the beauty industry is already looking bright after the amazing new product releases we’ve seen so far. These three products are all great options for this year’s makeup routine refresh or just as a new addition to your collection. Happy shopping!
