Pedro Pascal: Style Icon
Chilean-born actor Pedro Pascal is quickly becoming one of the most talked about celebrities of 2023. Pascal has acted in a variety of popular films and series such as Game of Thrones, The Mandalorian, and Law and Order, but his role as Joel in HBO’s The Last of Us has seen his fame skyrocket. His internet presence has increased dramatically due to the role, with many fans describing him as “the internet’s favorite daddy”. Additionally, his style has evolved from your typical suit and tie to more colorful, bold looks that are sure to grab your attention. His looks at both the London and Los Angeles premiers of The Mandalorian Season 3 as well as his Hot Ones interview outfit demonstrate his emergence as a major style icon of 2023.
Pascal has definitely entered his big pants, little cardigan era with his look at the London Premiere of The Mandalorian in February. The look screamed both sexy yet classic and comfy, telling of his character. It consisted of bright red, wide-legged trousers and a cropped, waffle-stitched brown cardigan to contrast them, both from Acne Studios. He completed the look with a gray tank and a pair of black boots from Adieu Shoes.
His look at the LA Premiere of The Mandalorian was different to that in London, yet no less attention-grabbing and attractive. It was another sweater moment, except this time yellow and tied over the shoulders. Under, Pascal wore a collared light yellow Gucci shirt, as well as gray slacks and, the star of the show, 70s style tortoise shell glasses.
Pascal may have kept his cool during his Hot Ones interview, but his fans sure didn’t. There’s nothing like watching a grown man eating spicy chicken wings and answering questions while wearing head-to-toe Dzojchen. The all-red suit was casual yet chic, a common combo worn by Pascal, and his look was styled by Fabio Immediato.
Pedro Pascal has been on his fashion game this year, and fans couldn’t be happier. Whether on the red carpet, promoting his work, or walking the streets, he never misses an opportunity to turn heads with his bold, adventurous and classic style choices. On behalf of the internet, I would like to thank Pedro Pascal for giving us a break from the stereotypical menswear suit and tie and for blessing us with these immaculate looks!
Strike out,
