The Ultimate Natural Facelift Look

I have managed to keep myself out of the beauty world for most of my life. I thought I was too cool to wear makeup, and I’ve always prided myself on being a tomboy. But recently, I’ve decided I’m ready to embrace my feminine side. I like wearing makeup not because it’s a standard for women but because I love taking time and looking nice for a night out. As I’ve perfected my fashion sense over the past few years, it’s come time for me to fix my makeup aspect.

I’ve turned to the most trustworthy site I could use to ensure my makeup finds were the best, for the cheapest. And that site is Tik Tok. I trust Tik Tok probably a lot more than I really should, but I know that the FBI agents in my phone know exactly what I’m looking for, and it’ll show up on my FYP. There are series on Tik Tok that ensure I’m getting the best products for the cheapest. People that work at Ulta or Sephora rate their products whether they’re overhyped or not. Some videos show cheaper dupes for the most expensive products.

I would like to give an honorable mention to Pinterest for helping me in my research to find videos for the perfect facelift look.

I have a very round face, and my plump cheeks do not help. It also makes me look a lot younger than I really am. My worst fear is going out to a bar and looking like a freshman. The facelift routine that I do helps me look a little older and more mature.

The first step is foundation. I go for a tinted moisturizer rather than a foundation, specifically, the Maybelline Fit Me tinted moisturizer, and apply straight on with my hands. I feel like it gives a cleaner look and more natural coloring. A good foundation is hard to come by and usually makes my face look too orange, so a moisturizer is a good alternative.

Next, I use the NYX Can’t Stop Won’t Stop concealer to cover up some blemishes. I put this on the inner corner of my eye, and the tail of my eye while pointing upwards near my hairline.

The bronzer comes next, creating a line right underneath the concealer in cohesion with my cheekbones. I use the NYX Wonderstick for my bronzer.

Then, apply another line of concealer that parallels directly underneath my bronzer.

I apply some blush near where you applied the first round of concealer. I use the Glossier Cloud Paint in the color Beam. This blush is the only reason I would splurge on some makeup.

When blending out the concealer and bronzer, make sure to blend or brush upwards to give it the facelift effect.

Usually, I end it with some black winged eyeshadow eyeliner. It adds to a more elevated look.

Placing the products higher than a typical makeup routine highlights the upper part of your cheek and makes it looks like natural Botox. Here’s the before and after on me:

I hope you enjoyed my tutorial! Let me know if you’re going to try this look on your next night out.
