Dua Lipa Makes Runway Debut at Versace

Donatella has had a packed schedule lately. Attending the Met Gala and putting on a runway show all in a week's worth of time is no small feat. Ms. Versace has been known for her copious amount of A-lister friends. Every Versace show feels like just a reason for Donatella to get her girlies together for a slumber party. While the brand is known for its exciting prints, dark colors, and edgy chains, they changed paths this season to bright pinks and oranges along with shiny fabrics.

This star-studded event was unforgettable for every self-respecting pop culture lover. It included Gigi Hadid in a black latex dress with a contrasting patch of floral print. It's an unusual pairing but evokes the nostalgia of the summer trips that our parents made us take while being confused about what to pack. Naomi Campbell was dressed in a hot pink power suit paired with an orange one-shoulder top and stark white accessories. The show had a bit of everything and satisfied all of our needs for something refreshing and different without being borderline ugly. The game of "is it a fit or are they just skinny?" is a true mind-bender sometimes with these shows.

The night's entertainment and sound were provided by none other than Dua Lipa. She opened the show wearing a beautifully simple black dress with a signature edgy touch and ended the show with an eye-catching pink shimmery look paired with blue eyeshadow. The makeup was fitted perfectly for the event and added much-needed cohesiveness to the show.

No words describe the enjoyment of watching the mind of Donatella come to life once again. It's always a pleasure to see the beauty that comes from that woman's dome.
