Companies Layouts We Love

It’s nearing grad season (yikes!), which means it’s time to put our big boy and girl pants on. Even if you aren’t putting on a cap and gown anytime soon, the ever-present thought of post-graduation still looms over everyone heads, so we are here to make the job search a little easier for you. So whether you are looking for an internship or a full-time job, here are few amazing companies with equally amazing office spaces.

Reformation

Known for their environmentally friendly clothing, Reformation also has an environmentally conscious HQ. The bright yet homey space is unique and practices what the brand preaches: sustainability. With vintage furniture scattered around the office and a kitchen stocked with mason jars for cups and reusable utensils, what’s not the love? Originally told not to boast about being an eco-brand, the company’s owner, Yael Aflalo, took the fashion world by storm by creating “fast-fashion” pieces sustainably. Thankfully, Aflalo didn’t listen to her critics, and now we have this fabulous office space to drool over. For my information about this company, check out this article.

Bumble

This office screams whimsy and creativity, so it’s no wonder their employees are so chipper all the time. Known for their fun, empowering graphics, Bumble implemented their values into every inch of their HQ in Austin, Texas. Staying on brand, Bumble used vendors that mirrored their love for creativity and self-power. Featuring numerous rooms with bright colors and sayings (like “Bee nice,” their branding is impeccable), possibly our favorite part is the balloon covered facade that Botanical No. 9 put together for the grand opening of their HQ. The balloons, the colors, the office culture, the list goes on and on--Bumble is a quality company with and Instagramable office that we are obsessed with.

Technology Companies

We know these are a given, but tech companies have some of the coolest offices and jobs around. Adobe has a rock wall in their office, Microsoft's whole campus is just ridiculous, and don’t even get us started about Google. Microsoft's campus, which is a sprawling community of 125 buildings, boasts numerous community areas, treehouses (yes you read that correctly, treehouses), and recreational areas. Google is currently building a new campus, and we can’t wait to see how that one comes together, so stay tuned. With these companies, the main thing to consider is the fact that they investing in their employees through these amazing facilities, which means they care about your well-being, and who wouldn’t want to work for a boss like that?

With hundreds more of amazing offices around the world, companies with their employees in mind are time and time again the best companies. So, as that time of year rolls around (and even when it’s not), when you’re looking for a job, make sure the company’s culture, office, and other employees match yourself, and you’ll never want to leave.

Strike Out,
