Best Beauty Products to Gift This Year

The holiday season is swiftly approaching, and the time to start gift shopping is upon us. If you are hoping to give beauty products to your loved ones this year but are unsure of where to begin, have no fear. As someone who regularly tries new products and reads reviews, I have compiled my list of must-haves that are perfect to share this winter.

GrandeLASH MD

GrandeLASH MD is among the greatest eyelash growth serums I have ever used. As someone who struggles with false lashes, this is my holy grail, for it provides length and volume to your natural lashes. All you have to do is apply the serum as you would eyeliner once in the evening. It's almost too good to be true! I saw results as soon as two weeks. Priced at around $65 and sold at Ulta, Amazon, and Sephora, this serum should be at the top of your shopping list and makes a perfect gift for those who favor a more natural look.

Living Proof Perfect Hair Dry Shampoo

This product is, by far, my favorite dry shampoo on the market. Living Proof Perfect Hair Dry Shampoo has a quick-absorbing formula that smells heavenly. Lucky for us, it does not leave a powdery residue like other dry shampoos. All you have to do is spray the product in your hair, wait thirty seconds, and gently shake it out. Not to mention this is the perfect stocking stuffer for those who celebrate Christmas! While the price is a bit higher than its competitors, trust me when I tell you that it is worth every penny.  This dry shampoo is sold at Target, Sephora, and Ulta from $14-36.

Charlotte Tilbury Matte Revolution Lipstick

I am not typically a lipstick fanatic, but this formula offers an exception. This is the perfect gift for those working a nine-to-five shift, for it is long-lasting and does not dry out your lips (like we know how most matte lipsticks do). Charlotte Tilbury provides us with multiple shades, all suitable for everyday wear. Not to mention, the square-shaped top makes the application easy as can be! Retailing at $34, this lipstick is sold at Charlotte Tilbury, Nordstrom, and Sephora.

Essie Expressie Quick-Dry Nail Polish

I used to be a devout OPI customer, but after trying this polish, it is my new go-to brand. With a dry time of one minute and over forty different shades, it is the ideal polish for those on the go. The applicator features an angled brush, making application less of a hassle when using your non-dominant hand. Like most regular polishes, the color tends to chip after a couple of days of wear; however, I have found that applying three coats helps to prolong chipping. This gift is an excellent alternative for those who do not like going to the nail salon. This product is sold at Ulta, CVS, and Walgreens for $9.

The Ordinary Buffet Serum

The Ordinary has taken over our TikTok algorithms for several months now, and I will be the first to tell you to believe the hype. This brand cultivates some of the best products on the market. In particular, the Buffet serum is optimal for dry skin, dullness, and anti-aging. According to expert dermatologists, you should incorporate anti-aging products into your skincare regimen at the young age of twenty (prevention is key, people!). I enjoy this product because it is an easy extension of my current routine, and it never leaves my skin feeling heavy nor sticky. I spend a substantial amount of time in the sun, so preventing wrinkles from setting in is crucial. I love that this product helps with anti-aging as well as brightening. This serum is sold at Ulta and Amazon for $14.50, and it is the ideal gift for 20-year-olds who spend a lot of time in the sun.

Tom Ford Tobacco Vanille

Harry Styles reportedly wears this perfume, so naturally, I bought the travel-size upon making this discovery. This is a unisex perfume that smells incredible. With notes of tobacco leaves and ginger, it provides a warm scent great for both men and women. This is a pricier item, selling at $250 for 1.7 ounces, but the miniature version is only $65, making it the perfect gift for any Harry Styles fan. The recommended application is one spritz to the inner wrists and the base of the neck. The scent is sold at Nordstrom, Sephora, and Tom Ford.

The holiday season can be hectic so planning and getting gifts ahead of time is crucial. Deciding what to get for the beauty guru in your life can be overwhelming but picking out the perfect holiday gift does not have to be difficult. Save yourself some time this holiday season by gifting one of these beauty products above.
